At The Hero Awards

What an amazing night it was at the 2009 Hero Awards. The show will air July 7 at 8 PM on MyNetwork TV (check your local listings). These people are truly heroes, and I've posted a few of my favorites.

Dorotea Liguori

Controls a prestigious business empire including real estate holdings in
Italy, the United States, and Japan
She is also a jewelry designer creating high-end pieces with precious stones
for an exclusive clientele

Her business success enables her to give back to the world.
After meeting Larry and Frances Jones, Dorotea held a benefit in Italy
to raise money for children in Africa.

She told me her love for children gives her the will to live and keep on giving back!
She is fabulous at 83!
